New & used watches - For all new & used watches sold through watchfloor.com/shop: In the case of defects any warranty work will be handled directly between you and the professional watch dealer who offers the watch. The purchased item is mostly accompanied by a warranty card from the manufacturer which details the terms of their written guarantee, the brand, model number, serial number and date of purchase. A guarantee is not covered or issued by watchfloor.com
